WHAT GUARANTEE DOES YOUR JEWELLERY COME WITH?

All custom solid gold & platinum jewellery comes standard with a LIFETIME warranty. If you ever have any issues with your jewellery then simply email hello@1090.co.uk

All sterling silver & gold plate jewellery comes standard with a 1 year warranty.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY?

Silver & gold plated pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your shipment by shipping to our U.K based return address.

Please email hello@1090.co.uk to start a refund/exchange request.

There is no exchange / returns accepted on solid gold pieces of jewellery. These pieces have been made to your specification so once the company has been commissioned, the piece is not able to be returned. If sizing issues or slight modifications are needed we will always work with you to get your new piece of jewellery 100% perfect.

WHEN WILL MY NEW PIECE SHOW UP?

We ship worldwide. All jewellery is made to order by artisan craftsmen. Due to the handmade nature of our products, your order may take up to 7 days to be prepared for shipment.

Please email hello@1090.co.uk if you have an urgent shipping request and be sure to choose the appropriate delivery option at checkout. We ship all products with FedEx international track & signed, shipping takes on average 4-6 days.

Please keep in mind that during the busiest periods of the year, Christmas etc, there may be delays in shipping that are outside of our control.

Send an email to hello@1090.co.uk if you require a new piece in a rush and we will do our best to accommodate.

⁠I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO? 

Please email hello@1090.co.uk as soon as possible and as long as the item hasn't already been dispatched we will rectify this issue. If it has already been sent then we will do everything within our control to re route the package. 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

All of our pieces are shipped from South East Asia. 
Please note all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Your local customs authorities establish the limits for duty-free packages. 1090 will not be held liable for any fee, duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties that apply to your own country.

INFORMATION ON ALLERGIES?


We use the highest quality materials that are tested for allergens in the U.K, if you usually wear Sterling Silver and Gold jewellery there should not be any issues.

We only use precious metals. 925 Sterling silver, real 24k gold vermeil plating, and 18ct solid gold.
