1090 is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by customs, couriers, or external factors
Once your order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier.

We accept returns if:
• The item is unworn
• In original packaging
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

All 1090 jewellery comes with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing faults.
If your item becomes faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will:

Our lifetime guarantee does not cover:
• Damage caused by the customer
• Breakage due to impact, misuse, pulling, or bending
• Scratches, dents, or general wear & tear
• Lost or stolen items

8. PRODUCT MATERIALS & CARE
Our jewellery is made from:
• Premium Stainless steel 316L
• Gold plating
• Platinum plating
Our products are:
• Tarnish-free
• Hypoallergenic
• Water-resistant
However:
• Water resistance does not make jewellery indestructible
• Long-term exposure to chemicals, perfumes, salt water, and heavy impact can still cause damage over time

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the return process outlined above.
