1090 only sells products through our official website. We do not currently sell in physical retail stores or marketplaces.

3. PRICING & CURRENCY

Our main store currency is USD.

Your local currency may auto-display based on your location.

Final charges may vary slightly depending on exchange rates set by your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide

Flat shipping rate: $9.99 USD

 We cover all import duties and taxes charged by your country

Dispatch time: Within 24 hours of purchase

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location

1090 is not responsible for:

Delays caused by customs, couriers, or external factors

Once your order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Accepted Returns

We accept returns if:

The item is unworn

In original packaging

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Return Shipping

Customers must pay return shipping

Original $9.99 shipping fee is non-refundable

Refunds

We offer:

Full refunds for unused items returned within 14 days

Full refunds or free replacement for faulty products

Refunds are processed once the return has been received and inspected.

6. LIFETIME GUARANTEE

All 1090 jewellery comes with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing faults.

If your item becomes faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will:

Replace it free of charge

or

Issue a refund (if a replacement is unavailable)

7. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Our lifetime guarantee does not cover:

Damage caused by the customer

Breakage due to impact, misuse, pulling, or bending

Scratches, dents, or general wear & tear

Lost or stolen items

8. PRODUCT MATERIALS & CARE

Our jewellery is made from:

Premium Stainless steel 316L

Gold plating

Platinum plating

Our products are:

Tarnish-free

Hypoallergenic

Water-resistant

However:

Water resistance does not make jewellery indestructible

Long-term exposure to chemicals, perfumes, salt water, and heavy impact can still cause damage over time

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the return process outlined above.

10. INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Images

Branding

12. LIABILITY LIMITATION

1090 is not liable for:
