Returns
If you change your mind or would like a different size we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing you return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all tags attached.
Please note Alōr will not be responsible for shipping and handling costs when returning and re sending an item that you change your mind on. We recommend using a courier that provides tracking as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach our warehouse.
If your item is custom or made to order we cannot issue refunds.
Incorrect / faulty items
We carefully quality check each of our pieces before sending out, however, in the unlikely event that an item is incorrect or faulty, please contact us on hello@alorthelabel.com so we can start the return and exchange process free of charge.
Once the item is received at our warehouse, we will inspect it and issue a refund / exchange accordingly.
Order cancelations
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know ASAP. If you cancel your order before it's dispatched we can offer a full refund or exchange. If the item has already been shipped then you must return the item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all tags attached
